Please read carefully all our general terms and tour conditions listed below to avoid any misunderstanding before you make a decision to book your tour with us :
- Reservation Procedures & Confirmation
Your tour reservation must be sent to our e-mail address ( firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com ) . Then there will be an official confirmation from us after we have already got your Down Payment to secure your tour booking with us. An early reservation is better to help us preparing all components needed for you tour to Komodo and Flores.
- Payment/Deposit Method:
Tour prices are counted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and American Dollar (USD). We will send you our PayPal Account and Bank Account on our Tour Reservation Invoice. Down Payment is a must to confirm your booking with us. The Down Payment should be made 40% from the total price and the Rest Payment is done 1 week before the tour or at the latest on arrival before starting the tour. Recommended payment is by using Paypal Transfer for International Transaction and Bank Transfer for Domestic Payment. PayPal/Bank service fee is paid by yourself. Please inform us as soon as after finish transferring the Down Payment. Sorry! We Don’t Accept Credit Card Payment.
- Cancellation & Refund Policies:
-. If you cancel the tour booked with us in 30 days before your arrival, Your Down Payment will not be refundable, bacause we will also pay the cancellation fee for the tour components that we have already booked/prepared.
-. After you have paid all the tour price to us, but suddenly you will cancel the tour, while you have not started the tour with us; then we will refund you 15 % from the whole total price.
-. After you have paid all the tour price to us but suddenly you will cancel the tour due to any reasons while you have been doing the tour with us, then we will investigate that cancellation issue before we will take a decision whether it enables us to refund you or not.
- Tour Price & Tour Program.
The prices of the tour packages are not written here on our website. It will be informed via email or WA chatting based on your requested tour package. We have various kind of tour packages offered to you but we can also welcome if you have your own tour program. But please, let us know in advance of your plans so that we can combine and then become a workable tour package to match with your time of visit.
5. What To Bring During The Tour
Cash money (IDR) for personal expenditures, trekking/walking shoes, trousers, long sleeves, sweater, jackets, raincoat & good resistant of walking booth (in rainy season), sun glasses, sun hat, mosquito spray, malaria prevention pill, sun lotion, towel, snorkel gears, swimming suit, portable flash light, sandals, camera, video camera, first aid box, copy of passport and other important travel documents.
6. Bank & Money Changer
It should be known first that Banks and Money Changer have different exchange rate with International rate due to we have only local banks and money changer. Money changer is also limited in some areas/regions of Indonesia. It is better to change your currency in well-developed touristic area like Bali before traveling to Flores and Komodo islands. We also have some banks with ATM service. Most of the hotels, restaurants, mii markets/shops are only possible to be paid in cash and a few of them can accept payment by Credit Card.
7. Indonesian Domestic Flight
Please let us know in advance your exact flight schedule to help us scheduling your pick up and drop off services at the airport. It often has a problem with irregularity of domestic flight schedule in Indonesia such as : delay and cancellation. So, please recheck and reconfirm your flight schedule to an airline company where you purchased/issued your ticket at least 3 X 24 hours before flying.
8. Our Limitation & Responsibility
We always try to provide our best services to make you happy and satisfied during your travel in our homeland. We only act as Local Tour Organizer to arrange your tours, transportation, accommodation, boat tour service, tour guide service and other tour components included in your tour package.
We are not responsible for anything missing, damage, delay, cancellation or irregularities of flight schedule, minor or major accident including death, any natural disaster such as: bad weather, landslide, storm, rough sea or any Force-Majeure which are beyond of Komodo Wanderlust Tour control. Please, first arrange your Travel Insurance Card before starting your tour.
