FLORES- KOMODO TOUR ITINERARY ( 6 nights in hotel & 2 nights on boat )
Day 1: Ende – Moni
- Flores and Komodo tours guide pick you at H. HasanAroeboesman Airport in Morning flight at Ende.
- Then, driving to Soekarno Museum. Afterwards, drive to Nuabosi. At Nuabosi you will see scenery of Ende town.
- Then, driving to Wologai to see Traditional house of lionese. On wards drive to Moni village for dinner and accomodation
Day 2: Moni-Kelimutu-Riung( B )
- At 04.00 o’clock in the morning you drive up to Kelimutu National Park for hunting sunrise and see three crater Colored Lakes of The Kelimutu Mountain.
- On arrival at Kelimutu National Park parking area, you get off from your car and start your tracking to the Lake. Then, you will see great sunrise above two crater of the lake. You will see the real picture of three crater volcanic Lake. The lake with full of magical power based on the tradition of Lio Clan, those lakes live the spirit of Lio People, those lakes namely Tiwu Ata Polo, TiwuNuwaMuriKo’o Fai and Tiwu Ata Mbupu.
- After you visiting the Magical crater lakes driving to the hotel for breakfast.
- Continue the trip to Ende town and directly to Blue Stone Beach for relaxing and having lunch
- Drive to Riung northern coast of Flores. Check in at hotel in Riung for your accommodation
Day 3 : Riung – 17 Islands – Riung( B )
- In the morning you will sail to 17 islands to see the panorama of these islands, watching flying foxes and do snorkeling around the island.
- Afterwards you sail back to Riung for overnight in the hotel.
Day 4 : Riung – So’a Hot Spring –Bena Traditional Village-Bajawa( B)
- In the morning after breakfast time, then you drive to So’a Hot spring. On arrival at so’a spring hill, you will take swim in the warm water. The local people believe that the water can be cure our illness and tired.
- After swimming in the spring hot water, then you drive to Bena traditional village. At Bena village you will see beautiful and unique traditional house. You also will see megalithic stone.
- After discover, Bena Traditional House, then you drive to your hotel for dinner and overnight
Day 5 : Bajawa (hotel) – Aimere – Ruteng ( B )
- After breakfast, drive to Aimere; as place to produce local Alcohol ( called: sopi /Arakin local language ). You will see the process and result of made Arak from Palm Juice.
- Stop at Borong for having lunch.
- Then, you drive to Ruteng with a stop at Ranamese lake for relaxing and taking picture.
- Then drive to Ruteng town and continue visiting RutengPu’u village where you will see traditional house of Manggarai Clan traditions.
- After visiting Ruteng Pu’uthen drive to hotel for overnight and dinner at the local restaurant.
Day 6 : Ruteng-Labuan Bajo-Kelor Island – Fox Islan( B,D )
- In the morning drive to Cancar spider web Rice field.
- On wards to Lembor for lunch and see Ricefield.
- Afterwards, drive to Labuan Bajo Harbor for catching wooden boat.
- Then sail to Kelorisland for snorkeling ans relaxing.
- Then, you sail to Fox Island for sunset and watching thousands of bats flying and coming out from mangrove. Then, dinner and overnight around the island on the cabin boat
Day 7 : Fox Island- Padar-Komodo-Pink Beach-Kalong Komodo ( B,L,D )
- At 5 am start sailing to Padar Island to see a fantastic view from the top of Padar Hill
- Afterwards sailing to Pink Beach with its pink sandy beach. You could sunbathe on the beach, do snorkeling to explore marine life such as colorful fish and triangle coral reefs .
- Then Boating to Komodo island, you will be handled by Ranger during your hunting the great monitor lizard. You can also see other animals like : the cockatoo bird, green imperial pigeon, Megapodius, will pig, deer, and some varieties of of plants.
- After exploring the home of Komodo dragon, then boating to Kalong komodo for overnight
Day 8 : Kalong-Taka Makassar-Manta-Kanawa-Labuan Bajo( B,L )
- While enjoying your breakfast, In the morning sail to Taka Makassar for snorkeling for see corals under unspoiled water. Also relaxing on pink sandy beach.
- Then sail to Kanawa Island. Your lunch is served on the way to Kanawa.
- On arrival at the island you will enjoy the beach with is clean blue water and good panoramic, Also do snorkeling to see underwater view and colorful fish.
- Afterwards, you sail back to Labuan Bajo for dinner at local restaurant and check in at hotel
Day 9 : Hotel – Mirror cave – Komodo Airport ( B )
- After breakfast you still have time for fee program at hotel.
- Then check out from hotel and leave for Mirror Cave to explore the cave for seeing stalactites and stalagmites and the view outside the cave covered with local bamboo forest.
- After that drive to Komodo Airport for check in time process and then fly to your next destination. Your 9 days tour ends here.
